Vineeta traced her entrepreneurial odyssey — from her formative years to the conception and flourishing of SUGAR Cosmetics — with remarkable candour. At just twenty-three, she relinquished a lucrative ₹1 crore offer to pursue her ambitions, and weathered two faltering ventures before ultimately building SUGAR into the enterprise it is today. She spoke with conviction on the merits of perseverance in the face of setbacks, and on self-investment as the true foundation of a lasting career.

Equally galvanising was her perspective on empowering women in the workforce — a value she has woven into SUGAR’s very ethos of inclusivity and leadership. The session left the room invigorated, carrying with it a renewed appreciation for a simple truth: success is not a sprint, but a marathon.
